Welcome to the new season: Trophy Presentation, Annual Exhibition briefing, Mountboard to buy and members’ presentations and work on display together with a special welcome to new members.

Welcome return to Steve Brabner – A member of Amersham Photographic Society, Steve prefers to ‘make’ images and produce something unique and will present on the delights of ‘creative Photography’. Not to be missed.

This evening allows members to present their work digitally projected and obtain feedback. Internal Judge.

Practical Evening. Activities available:

•  know your camera 
• image appreciation
• photo processing

plus other activities to be advised. Includes mounting prints for the Annual Exhibition.

The first (of four) of our ladder competitions is an important opportunity to share your work and get constructive feedback. Judge: TBA

Daniel Sanders will present “The Farm and the Camera Through the Ages” A fascinating presentation through the 20th century up to modern times showing the changes of both agricultural productivity and photography.

Participating clubs submit their top 8 digital images 7 of which are evaluated and scored by an independent judge.  The 8th photo is held in reserve in the event of a tie-break between two or more clubs.

Our usual convivial set up process where all members are helped and encouraged to exhibit their work. Bring a packed lunch, coffee/tea provided.
